SIMPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 C Chocolate Chips
  • ½ C Heavy Whipping Cream
  •  2/3 C chilled Heavy Whipping Cream, for whipping
  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • ¼ Tsp pure vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a double boiler combine chocolate chips and 1/2 C cream and heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Set aside until room temperature. Approximately 15 min.
  2. In a stand mixer beat 2/3 C chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until you have stiff peaks.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate in at least 3 batches. Once combined, transfer into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
